About the Vineyard Visit
The tour begins with an explanation of how wine is made at San Juanito. You’ll learn about the processes the grape follows from when it arrives from the vineyard until it becomes wine, through sophisticated machines that are part of their excellent quality.
Our sommelier will explain how the vines are classified by grape variety, and you can observe how they are protected by a special mesh to shield them from hail. You’ll also learn more about how to distinguish grapes by the shape and size of their leaves.
The tour is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.

Do you offer guided tours of the vineyard and winery?
Yes, we offer guided tours where you can learn about our vineyard, the production process and taste our wines. We have different options for guided tours:
- Guided tour with tasting of 3 wines: $350 pesos per person.
- Guided tour with tasting of 6 wines: $530 pesos per person.
- Guided tour with tasting of 3 wines and a pizza of your choice: $530 pesos per person.
- Guided tour with tasting of 6 wines and a pizza of your choice: $690 pesos per person.
- Children under 12 years old: free of charge.
- Seniors over 12 but under 18: $165 pesos per person (without wine).

Can guided tastings be done?
Yes. Tastings are led by sommeliers and, on some occasions, by our winemaker.
They include an explanation of the terroir, cultivated varieties, and tasting notes.
Is there lodging at the vineyard?
Yes. La Casona is a boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms. You can also rent the entire house for families (grandparents, children, and grandchildren) or groups of friends (3 or 4 couples).
It includes breakfast, access to the facilities, and options for private tastings..
What type of food does the restaurant offer?
The restaurant specializes in wood-fired pizzas, already recognized on search platforms as one of our signature dishes.
We also offer seasonal local cuisine, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
